To operate PennyTrail, process payments, send reminders you've turned on and renewal notices, and respond to support. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share with

Hosting, payment and email providers bound by data-processing agreements, and authorities when legally required.

Cookies & ad measurement

Our website uses cookies and pixels, including Snap Inc.'s, to understand how visitors find us. You can block cookies in your browser or email privacy@pennytrailtrust.digital to opt out.

Your rights

Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Residents of states with privacy laws (e.g. California, Virginia) can exercise their rights by emailing us.

Retention

Kept while your account is open; erased within 30 days after you delete it.

Terms of Use

1. What PennyTrail is

A money-management app for analysing personal spending, tracking recurring charges and planning savings. It is not a bank, money transmitter or adviser and does not hold funds.

2. Accounts

You must be 18 or older. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Annual Premium Access

$39.99 per year plus applicable tax, billed in advance and renewing automatically every 12 months until cancelled. We email a reminder 7 days before each renewal and give 30 days' notice of any price change.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, reverse-engineer it or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Disclaimer

Insights are based on the data you provide and are for information only. We're not liable for decisions made using them, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

State of North Carolina.

Billing & Refunds

Cancelling auto-renewal

Account → Plan → Turn off auto-renew, or email help@pennytrailtrust.digital. You keep Premium until the end of the paid year; no further charges are made.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 days of any annual charge. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of billing error.
